Facial Therapist
This is your starting point and a pre-requisite for all other Neos courses (for students with no previous background or training). This intensive certified Facial course includes training in bacteriology and sanitation practices, cell structure, the facial muscle systems, skin histology and physiology, disorders and diseases, skin type and skin condition evaluations, and extractions. Students will learn massage techniques that add relaxation and proper lymph drainage. Procedures will focus on a basic deep pore cleansing and using appropriate skincare products each skin type. Models required.
Microneedling
Get certified in one of today's most popular, high value treatments. Microneedling (also known as Epidermal Collagen Induction Therapy) is an innovative aesthetics treatment to reduce appearance of fine lines, stretch marks and acne scars. The treatment is most commonly used to improve skin tone, texture and colour, but may also be prescribed as part of a scar revision treatment.
You will learn all the Microneedling skills using our state-of-the-art high precision devices. In this comprehensive, step-by-step training you will learn all you need to know to complete an entire microneedling facial treatment with confidence.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a mechanical abrasion to the skin. It is a non-surgical, minimally invasive exfoliating treatment that removes the thicker, uneven dead layer of skin to improve wrinkles, skin color and skin texture. Despite being a form of physical exfoliation, microdermabrasion is a less abrasive skin resurfacing technique than chemical peels and other alternatives. This course covers the different types and techniques of microdermabrasion treatment, focusing on the dominant diamond tip approach. Add this to the treatments you offer as the perfect option to provide your clients with an instant glow.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation method that removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair. Immediately, minimize acne scars, reduce the appearance of fine lines, even skin tone and assist in reducing milia, closed and open comedones, and minor breakouts associated with congested pores. Dermaplaning can be used to prepare the skin for more aggressive treatments and/or to increase the penetration of topical ingredients. Add this option to your arsenal as the beauty treatment of choice prior to any special occasion.
